Content:
I - Introduction to Architectural Detailing
Principles of architectural detailing of the vertical component of the envelope. Relation indoor -outdoor. Functional requirements according to the legislation.
II - Traditional and contemporary plasters for wet and film finishes. ETICS.
Principles of architectural detail. Field of use
III - Cladings with wet instalation.
Ventilated claddings. Principles of architectural detail. Field of use. Functional requirements according to the legislation. Applied construction physics. Response to thermo-hygro-acoustic and excessive sun protection requirements.
IV - Accidents (joints, window sills) and accessories. Principles of architectural detail
V - Ceiling systems Principles of architectural detailing on ceilings. Applied construction physics. Thermal and acoustic problems. Traditional and modern assemblies. Principles of architectural detail
VI - Floors. Theoretical elements. Applied construction physics. Design principles at the level of detail, in accordance with the quality requirements provided by national and international legislation. Warm floors - cold floors. Principles of architectural detail. "Accidents" in the field of floors
VII - Principles of architectural detailing of parapets and railings in accordance with the quality requirements provided by national and international legislation. Principles of architectural detail

Assessment:
the minimum grade for passing the exam is the result of the answers to the checks during the course (30%) and the answer to the exam scheduled in the session (70%). The minimum grade for graduating the course is conditioned by obtaining at least the unrounded grade 5 (five).
