Learning outcomes:

Student's familiarity with the general problem of dwelling programs and the close relation with the community. Acquired abilities with regard to establishing the real potential of a land plot based on the local urban regulations. Understanding the dwelling function organization and its conformation to functional and aesthetic context. Student's familiarity with the dwelling program: conformation, spatial inter-relations, fluxes.

Assessment:

Evaluation o three different stages:
Architectural concept - 50%
Technical accuracy - 20%
Graphical quality - 30%
