Learning outcomes:

Testing the way of resolving the party in a single-family home with or without commercial space on the ground floor, covered in a terrace system, with minimal functions, with simple partition, with height regime GF + 1F + 2F withdrawn.

Content:

It is required to design a construction with a heightened GF + 1F + 2F height regime that will house a single-family home on the 1st and 2nd floors. The ground floor will have the destination of commercial space.

Teaching Method:

The verification project will not be signed, but will contain in the lower right corner the student's registration number. The names of the transmitted files will be equivalent to the serial number.
It is required to draw by hand, in a technique of your choice, on a 50x70 format paged vertically..
The project is carried out individually.

Assessment:

EVALUATION CRITERIAS

1. Reporting the solution to neighborhoods in accordance with existing or proposed regulations;
2. The originality of the proposal and the way of conforming the volumetry itself but also related to the site conditions and the proposed function;
3. How to solve the function given by the theme, sizing and furnishing the spaces correctly;
4. Correctness of the proposed technical solutions;
5. Accuracy and expressiveness of the project.
