Learning outcomes:

The course is providing basic knowledge on project management issues/ project cycle definition and CBA content and formulation, including lectures and applications/ exercises in territorial planning. Activities are continuing the projects formulated by students in previous workshops on territorial planning.

Content:

Individual and team exercises are developing applications on the project content, problem identification, project stages/ phases, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and closing.
