To introduce to students the specific problematic of Project Management in an Architectural Design Office, the components of the management process and the needed skills in coordinating such a firm; also, to enable students to understand how a “project” is planned and organized in the firm – all these in the context of the young new design market in Romania, and related to specific recent legislation in the areas of planning, design and architectural practice.
