- Objective
 Urban regeneration is an action aiming to solve urban problems and to identify long term improvement in economic, social, physical and environmental conditions in an area that should be changed.
 The Project aim is
 -	Establishing the content and the draft of a complex regeneration project
 -	Define minimal parameters for integrated urban renewal
 -	Detail the design solutions in a strategic development area
 Solutions are identified for the urban space as a product and structuring new public areas, defining character and development solutions.
 
- Content:
- Phase 1  Individual work - presentation of 3 study cases of urban regeneration projects
 Phase 2 Team work Description of urban regeneration intervention including illustration of project solution
 Phase 3 Team work – Minimal conditions and parameters for urban renewal in the selected area
 Evaluation: workshop activity participation 40%, public presentation 20%, the project (final) 40%
