Hotel & Venue Information

The conference will be held at the “Sala Frescelor”, UAUIM Bucharest. For the symposium guests, the accommodation will be ensured by the organizers for all symposium days at the Minerva Hotel, 2- 4 Gheorghe Manu Street, Bucharest – www.minerva.ro.

For all participants reservations may be made, with correspondent fee, in a hotel that will be further communicated, along with all necessary data, to whom is interested, after the deadline of 24th of September.

All international participants are responsible for securing their own visa and health insurance needs.

Climate

The average temperature in October is 16 degrees Celsius. Variable weather with the possibility of frequent rain. (The temperature can drop in the evening, so you may want to bring a light jacket).

Transportation Option in Bucharest

Best way of transportation in Bucharest is the subway. In any case the accommodation as well as the university are inside the central area of the city, so it is easy and pleasant to walk.
