Learning outcomes:

-To acquire adequate knowledge for urban planning issues.
-To indicate students a rational perception of the existing urban system.
-To aquire the methodology to elaborate a PUD (urban detail project).
-To acquire ways and urban regulations to the proximal build limits and space.

GUIDED PROJECT
Project on Chair Theme
SYNTHESIS PROJECT
Integrated to the semester programme, Chair suggests a Main Theme, according with the 4th Thematic Module: "SCIENCE. ART, CULTURE."

LECTURE ON PROJECT THEORY
Tutors will deliver lectures on themes related to the current architectural project.
- Urban memory. About Centers and polls.- Insertions in urban patterns.- Aspects of the urban regeneration.

Teaching Method:

Theoretical lectures; checking each student’s project; comments on the project in which the whole group takes part; exploration of the site; case studies; individual documentation.

Assessment:

Individual defense of the project in the design studio group; final evaluation by a jury.
