Learning outcomes:
-to introduce students into woking at 1/1000 and 1/2000 scale and in teams, specific to complex organization of a large zone;
-to train students into solving specific sides of the organization of a residential area with low housing (parcels for detached houses and groups of collective housing);
-to insert a designed, concept image (the project for the organization of a residential zone) within a set of regulations specific to urban plans;
-to create the design skills as a way between the respect towards private property and that to community as well as between the intervention efficiency expressed through a higher number of apartments per ha and the house comfort shown by the necessary collective equipment, green areas, etc.

Stage 1 of the integrated project of Collective Dwelling (Urban Design)
Teaching Method:
Case study presentation, teacher-student discussion, project critique
Assessment:
Evaluation through the project by evaluating each student's self-generated study, skills of debate, and the final evaluation by the jury.
