Learning outcomes:

Contact with the construction site, manufacturers or distributors of technical solutions, and or contact with the design office, and understanding how the architectural concept takes shape as built elements.
Deepening the theoretical knowledge acquired in certain specialized courses by carefully observing spaces or buildings under construction, and through information provided by specialized companies.
* Critical documentation of these observations through images, sketches, and text.

Content:

Attendance is mandatory.
One site visit and two visits to manufacturers or distributors of finishing solutions and joinery products are scheduled.
Students must bring cameras or other photo capturing devices and drawing tools.
Students must be properly equipped to avoid potential accidents. They must follow the instructions provided in the site access safety regulations.
* The practical colloquium will be scheduled for a later date, during the examination session.

Teaching Method:

Architectural studio guidance, experiments

Assessment:

Students will submit an A4 notebook, which will include:
A general description of how the internship activity was carried out.
A selection of annotated photographs or sketches from the visits.
* A mood board presenting a possible vision for how to intervene on the visited construction site, including finishing or structural elements.

Students who completed their internship in design offices or within workshops will present their work descriptively, including graphic materials to whose preparation they contributed.
