Today in Romania the use of technologies in order to achieve buildings should take into account the current state of knowledge in this area internationally, as well as the specific conditions concerning the overall concept, level of knowledge, technology, performance, durability and reliability of the finished product. Technological building components are available for a wide range of specific areas of application, from structural to the items/products for finishing and are passing through a vast range of products and technologies in the field of installations. The course aims to develop the technological sub-assemblies from the approach principles and constituent products, to their integration into concrete solutions.

The evaluation of the course is made by delivering an individual study paper in the examination session, with a theme in accordance with the course. The presence of the students in at least 50% of the didactic activities of the course is a compulsory preliminary request in order to be accepted in the exam
