- -To acquire adequate knowledge for urban planning issues.
-To aquire the methodology to elaborate a PUD (urban detail project).
-To be able to make a multicriteria analysis of the urban existent context.
-To be able to make a site study, as a determinant factor for volumetric configuration. - Content:

GUIDED PROJECTS
Projects on Chair Theme
According to semester curriculum, the Chair suggests 3 themes from which students can choose, coresponding to 3rd Thematic Module : "ECONOMY."
•Theme 1 SPORT CENTER HALL - 6000 seats.
•Theme 2 HIGH OFFICE BUILDING.
•Theme 3 EXHIBITION CENTER HALL.
LECTURE ON PROJECT THEORY
Tutors will deliver lectures on themes related to the current architectural project.
- Urban tissue analisys;- Urban forms - continuous space - active surfaces;- 'Urban integration' concept
- the Plaza/ the Forum - reconsodering urban public space. - Teaching Method:
- Theoretical lectures; checking each student’s project; comments on the project in which the whole group takes part; exploration of the site; case studies; individual documentation.
- Assessment:
- Individual defense of the project in the design studio group; final evaluation by a jury.
