- Learning outcomes:
- -To get an appropriate knowledge of problematic in urbanism
- To acquire the methodology of elaborating an Urban Detailed Plan;
-To make students aware of a rational perception of the existing urban system;
-To study further the methodology of UDP elaboration;
-To acquire new ways and regulations of adjusting to the limits and built proximity space. - Content:

GUIDED PROJECTS
According to semester curriculum, the Chair suggests a thematic which correspond to the TOPICAL MODULE - 2 - "SPARE TIME"
THEME - URBAN HOTEL 3-4 STARS.
The theme shares a degree of complexity specific to the fourth year of study.
The detailed presentations of the suggested topics, including recent bibliography, are offered to students at the beginning of the academic year as a printed booklet. Depending on this material and by consulting the studio team, students could choose one of the variants.
LECTURES ON PROJECT THEORY
Tutors will deliver lectures on themes related to the current architectural project.

-Urban memory;
-Applying the concept of "urban integration"
-Insertions in the urban fabric
-Faces of urban regeneration - Teaching Method:
- Correction of each student's work, correction of students' work as a group, theoretical lectures with multimedia aids, site visits, case analyses, handouts.
- Assessment:
- Student's defense of the project within the group, for which the jury will give a grade.
